Gear and Graphics Issue?

Gear and Graphics Issue?
Gonna go out on a limb here and say its not supposed to look like this... What did I do wrong? Is it the naming or is it because for the graphics I had all the parts and not just the cutout, for the gear is it because I had the layer with the boots visible, or is it a naming issue?
