Photoshop vs. Illustrator

for all the skinners out there, do you guys use illustrator or photoshop? why? I use photoshop, I tried to use illustrator once but I couldn't find a tool to make a shape like the lasso or pen tool in ps, lol.

thats cuz the pen tool is all you need. Trust me when i say that Illustrator is the gold standard for design

Illustrator is a little different than PS, but it is a lot better for skinning and doing bike graphics IMO. Finding out how to work it will be the hardest step, but you'll love it after.

yeah, its really difficult to learn. I cant figure out how to make a selection with the pen tool, let alone fill it lol
