I know this is a lot, but would really appreciate it if someone could make this gear for me. I dont have the skills required and programs required to do so as well. Also, could said person make the gear with the neck brace on both gear sets, and a version without the neck brace, if you could do so, that would be amazing! Thanks again and take care!

The only things I can see that would have to be made from scratch are the Helmet, Gloves, and the Black gear.
That isn't terribly hard but I wouldn't expect anyone to do it for free
