Nah that's fine to use the boolean modifier, that's how I do my holes as well. I mean connecting the verts like this so you don't end up with n-gons.

re doin my 125 from scratch.shrouds backplates seat n front fender that are in the pic were made by jre though.

Yeah im going through ebay and such and i've found loads of great pics, my problem right now is finding the right engine, i thought about the 07 engine but that's hard ti find pics of, and then the 03 engine has lots of pics but seems a lot more complicated to model.

Btw i usually model the bike before setting up the pivots, when everything is sort of done on the bike, i adapt it to the pivots.
