(HELP) SHP files on statues

So I've been trying to put collisions on my statues I made in blender using this tutorial (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZDdIrVdTiR8). However they don't appear in the game, when I ride around my statue I can sometimes find a really small collision but at randim places.
Anyone solutions?
