Nobody can just "tell you". You gotta SEARCH and figure it out. Photoshop, and gimp are what most people use. Search Gimp download on Google cause its free. Next you just gotta find the template for whatever you are wanting to skin. Then just practice and mess around with all the tools. I wouldnt start out with a replica bike or gear if youve never done it before though. And that bike is ugly anyway. haha

Download the template > open Photoshop > Skin the template > Save it > put it into your personal folder > run it in game.
