Yeah, good point. That only appears to be an X-axis bake. You need the Y-axis as well

Could you maybe show me a normal of yours? I don't get what you mean, as far as i know, a normal map relies on the red and blue channels and not green? I might be wrong though.

I have sorted out the green problem, it does contain green but only on parts that are at a very different level to the low poly version which is not on teh plastics, so teh similar level areas dont show up as a green shade. Dont worry, its all good.

Wow, i see wht you mean, your plastics looks really small on the uv layout, how do you get such high quality on teh model, obviously works really well. Thank you for posting.

After these screens i noticed that my normal maps isnt working, i tried a bunch of different naming styles incase that was teh problem, in teh end, i still cant get it to work, btw, teh bike doesnt seem to reflect any light at all, is this normal?

In the screenshot thread, you don't have shaders on the 2011 Thor Core gear. Have you turned "Apply Shader Programs" on?
It should also be called one of these:
If it replaces the stock model, kx250f_norm.png
If the model name is, say, 2011, kx250f-2011_norm.png
If it is skin specific, kx250f-2011-skin name_norm.png
