Gio. You can't just go calling people out without evidence. He probably used Phathry's template. I haven't downloaded it yet, so I can't comment.

remains the fact that he ripped in the past (one month ago more or less not ten years) and has been banned for this reason with evidence.
maybe he did those helmet from the template, maybe not, what really bothers me is that he still has the possibility to share his (if it's his) stuff through someone else.
