There is many programs you can use, and many free programs as well. You can use paint (which should already be on you pc), GIMP that you can find here http://www.gimp.org/, and many others.You can try out Adobe CS5 trial for free too, but that can only stay on your computer for 30 days or something like that. For making the numbers, Open up the skin you want to customize and all you need to do is create a new text in any one of these programs, and just put it on the back of the riders Jersey.
