I'd suggest re-downloading the PSD cause I have no idea why that would happen.
DJ brought it to my attention that I put in the wrong spec map and that it doesn't work. I'll be putting out an update later this week hopefully fixing the spec map and a few tweaks on the shading.
I downloaded the pack myself and every file works perfect for me. PM me a picture of one of the files open in photoshop or add me on msn and I'll try to help troubleshoot it.

Oh Ya! Is there a way that I could put shading on in gimp? I mean on gear that does not have shading.
Ahh damn Mr. Two that looks sick. I really wish I could use that but my game was deleted, personal files gone and I got no computer for MxSim. But it looks amazing.

So I'm not familiar with Gimp but it looks like it does not do well with photoshops blending options<color overlay. I'll put out all the PNGS shaded and unshaded for the gimp users to put their name and numbers onto.

Thanks! Sorry, this is kinda off topic, but is there a shading layer that can be used in gimp? Or a tool that can be used?
