2010 crf250-Wilson
Re: 2010 crf250-Wilson
I think everyone is in the wrong here. Hvpunk is wrong for being that hard with his sarcasm(if it was, I can't tell and get in trouble for this one often). Tyler for getting defensive so quick about it, I understand real world things can change your attitude/personality on the fourm but everyone should try to not be as harsh. TimFerry, for bashing Tyler on being confused about Hvpunks comments. It wasn't his battle in the first place and those two could have easily worked it out but he had to come and throw his .02 which causes others to do so such as Jake then we start a fourm wide fight. Not saying Jake your in the wrong but your comment wasn't really neccesary to this topic.
Things to be learned and alot happened over a little comment.

I think that everyone took my post the wrong way. It may have sounded a bit harsh, but really, it's common sense. I wasn't trying to get into a make believe "fight".
I really wanted to put emphasis on this though, it was my main point of posting at the time:
Sorry for getting off topic though.

To me, the way he said that, made it sound like he's making the whole skin for the bike, when he is hardly making any of it. This bugs me (probably not anyone else), because some people in this community seem to be getting into the habbit of saying "oh, yeah, that skin that Tyler 258 made for the crf250, it's so sick". When really, Tyler didn't make the skin, he made the graphics, that went onto the skin. I'm not blaming this all on Tyler, because, like I said, "some people in this community" do this, not just Tyler. The reason that this bugs me though, is because the person (or people) who actually made the skin don't get recognized for it. It feels like a slap in the face, if you know what i mean.TimFerry15 wrote:You aren't skinning this bike, you're making graphics.Tyler 258 wrote:But sorry, I guess I'm a dumb ass for trying to skin this bike.

I wasn't getting defensive. It's just stupid remarks like that aren't needed. He could have just said "yes" not call me out. And was it really nessicary to pick my post apart like that? I'm simply trying to make a "graphic kit" for this bike. I've been around long enough you should have the idea of what I was talking about. Now should I even make something for this bike?

It was just a good post to get my point out, sorry for putting it on you.Tyler 258 wrote:And was it really nessicary to pick my post apart like that? I'm simply trying to make a "graphic kit" for this bike. I've been around long enough you should have the idea of what I was talking about.
Yes, make some sick limited decal stuff.Tyler 258 wrote:Now should I even make something for this bike?
Besides the choppy-ness, i don't think that the gradient on the back fender really goes with the rest of the design. I really couldn't tell you what would look good in place of it though.mxracer118 wrote:sory it looks choppy its because when you zoom out in photoshop (on my pc at least) it looks that way. it isn't...

I agree with TimFerry, I think that gradient is a bit off and you probably needed to drag it a bit longer. I think maybe the same gradient comming from the seat to the back (...other way around as it is right now, in case I didn't make sense).TimFerry15 wrote:Besides the choppy-ness, i don't think that the gradient on the back fender really goes with the rest of the design. I just don't like that gradient, make it a solid white or red. Go with your color if you feel but I just don't like the gradient.
