Re: 2010 Track Competition CHAMPIONSHIP
We will be doing Monday's and Thursday's for now, but that may change after we get into it, as another series opportunity has came up, that will probably be ran on thursdays
Also, the times posted in the first post should come up for your local time

I'm all for that. I think it worked out well for Lorettas.Sweendoggy wrote:I can certainly to Am's at 5 and Pros at 6...same way as lorretta's top 20 times from stats site are locked into A, and everyone else into B. That or just let people choose which to run, just to split up guys a little bit. Let me know what you think.

8 should work fine for me on days I don't work
. Some kind of classes would be nice, even to just get the races smaller to reduce lag on some of the tracks.

I'll see if I can make it. Also Sween try to put a limit on racers to prevent the races from becoming lag city. haha

Re: 2010 Track Competition CHAMPIONSHIP
First post has been updated, New times/A and B class AND RULES THAT YOU NEED TO READ...
In an effort to improve my Championships, I will no longer be putting up with Bullshit....I am going to be a prick in other words...It is YOUR responsibility to know the rules and how things will work, because they are laid out in the first post. It is NOT my problem if you get left out because you don't know whats happening, I am not saying I won't work with people at all, and won't answer any questions, and all that, but I WILL NOT STRESS MY SELF OUT ON RACE DAY. That means all the people in the chat asking me questions and asking if they can leave and come back and this and that, WILL BE IGNORED....
This is in the first post, but if you want to do WELL in this series, being as prepared as you can for the format and rules will only help you. In real life or in MXS, running around with your head cut off, not knowing what is happening next, and being severly confused on race day will NOT help your racing performance...SO READ THIS and you will know how this championship will go down...

Sweendoggy wrote: For round 1 you can qualify for the A class by posting a top 20 time on the stats website, this will be the easiest way to get into the A class. The A class will be announced 1 hour prior to the B class start time. For all subsequent rounds the top 10 in the championship standings for the A class will be provisionally started in the A class, meaning they don't have to qualify via the stats site, BUT if they are in the top 20, that time still counts There will be a maximum of 20 guys in the A class(due to lag) meaning that after the 10 provisional starts at taken, I will only take the next 10 times from the stats site after those people.
If you qualify for the A class but you wish to ride in the B class, that is fine. However, your spot will NOT be given to someone else. If you are in the B class but you feel that you should be in the A class, then ride faster, because thats the ONLY way you will get into the A class, EVEN IF YOU ARE THE BEST AT THIS GAME, that still applies to you
A typical race will be ran as follows (for either class)
At exactly the start time (according to my clock) I will restart (no matter if there is already a practice going on or not) for a FINAL 2 lap practice. If you are not there before the start time (I would suggest 5 - 10 minutes early, YOU WILL MISS THIS FINAL PRACTICE, you can practice in Warm up mode however. Upon the completion of this practice I will have a short 5 minute break, where in the A class I will set up the gate, meaning DO NOT DISCONNECT/RECONNECT DURING THIS TIME, as you will be forgotten to be placed when you re connect... I am hoping to have the server LOCKED (in both ways) but we will see if that happens. After that the game will Restart for a 15 minute plus 2 lap race. If you are having a problem you need to say something BEFORE the gate drops, after it will be too late. Also, NO CHATTING DURING RACING YOU WILL BE MUTED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE EVENT. Upon completion of the event, we will take another 5 minute break for people to go to the bathroom or whatever, but once those 5 minutes are up, I am restarting and we are doing moto 2 whether you are at your computer or not! IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BE WHERE YOU NEED TO BE AT THE CORRECT TIME, I AM NOT A BABYSITTER. I will most like NOT recieve messages through chat, so I DON'T CARE if you have to restart for graphics, I DON'T CARE if you need a smoke break, you need to be ready on time, or else you will miss it. I WILL BE VERY HARSH AND WILL STICK TO THE RULES STRICTLY THIS SERIES you have been warned, I hope you read this.
One last thing, I will throw away your 2 worst MOTO finishes...(I am doing MOTO finishes to still give a little advantage for the guys that are there every week, but also work with the guys that may miss a round do to REAL LIFE, haha)

Re: 2010 Track Competition CHAMPIONSHIP
I don't know how you got that you have to enter the first race from the rules...Read them more carefully, I believe it says something about being EASIER to qualify for the A class during the first round, because you can get in based on lap times for 20 spots...after round one you are fighting for 10 spots The B class is open to anyone...Even Joe Motocross himself

Re: 2010 Track Competition CHAMPIONSHIP
Unless I get on early and can do some races it looks like I'm going to be in B class, I SHOULD be able to get on early and do some 2 lappers. Rules sound good Sween, not too sure on being able to ride in B even if you qaulified for A. I don't think a lot of people would do that anyway though. Going to be in Xfire?

Re: 2010 Track Competition CHAMPIONSHIP
Yea, I think that people will most likely ride A if they qualify...My mentality is basically that I will not police who rides in B, I will just run the races, period the end...The more I limit who rides what, the more complicated everything gets
