mx.exe problem on windows

hey i bought this game yesterday and i started it up and started a new race and clicked start race it started loading and when it got to loading bikes a box popped up and said mx.exe has stopped working and closed the game. i tryed again and it did the same thing. i have windows on my computer and i bought the windows version. does anyone know how to fix this problem.? Thanks in advance
