download help!

i downloaded the 2011 250f kawi pack by attacker5. its now in my personal folder/appdata/local/mxsimulator folder but it is a RAR file and not a folder like the tracks listed. im confused and not good with computers. any advice would help

i extracted into the mxsimulator folder and nothing

the rar should have a file with .saf extension you need to get this saf file to your personal folder, nothing else...and if you have the full game you should be able to choose the skins ingame
