If it doesn't, and something OTHER than MXS is using 48% of the processor, go into task manager and under processes, go to mx simulator, and change the affinity to the other core (probably core 2), that should help IF that's the problem.

Oke when i opend the affinity there are 4 in use cpu0,cpu1,cpu2 and cpu3 what should i do?

He has to either eliminate whatever process is periodically waking up and lagging him, or run MX Sim at a higher priority level. Preferably the former since higher priority will only give it more CPU time.

when it lags i open taskmanager and it only shows mxs using cpu and nothing else also tried to run it in higher priority higher highes and realtime but they didn't do anything

Run task manager without MX Simulator running and look for CPU spikes.

You might want to disable automatic updates in Windows Update.

found out something else today when it spike laggs mx exe jumps from a solid 36 cpu to 49
