when i download it it says it cant find game data?

read the instructions man and read last two pages or FAQ thread ...it's one of the most asked questions......you need to put in in the installation folder (eg. C:/Program Files/Mx Simulator) and rename it to mx.exe so it overwrite the current one....

Did you bother checking the date of the snapshot, the last post?
You're not supposed to use this snapshot man..

The snapshot topic pinned at the top of this forum is the most recent. When the snapshot isn't newer than the last official version I unpin that topic.
