Won't let me online Online?

I dont understand how to get online.. i put my reg code into the registration code box at the main menu/multiplayer but when i try to connect to a server it says "connecting to server- key invalid - disconnecting - disconnected" what am i doing wrong? can any body help me out...

Are you sure you've entered the key correctly?

yea in the email a few lines down it says "The product registration key is:" and it has the code and i put that one in to the registration code place but i still can't get online..

I checked the server log for your IP address and it showed your UID as 0. That means you haven't entered your key correctly. Check your typing carefully.
