I'm running high settings with a tweaked config file and tweaked nvidia control panel. All reflections and average view distance.
i7 920, gtx275, 6gb ddr3 ram, HD

Not sure what your deal may be but I've never had fps issues and could probably even run higher settings but never tried, HIGH settings are damn good enough lol.

Fixed my problems and I'm running Ultra graphics at what I assume is max FPS with the occasional skip at Whiterun, no lag when I was outside by the Whiterun stables or when I went to Helgen to get to those graybeard guys. I think having CCC override the application settings might have been the problem. Anyways, here's a shot of some pond outside Whiterun. I have a water texture mod and the overall HD texture mod enabled, among other stuff. This is kind of dark (evening time) but it still looks insanely good to me.

There's no way RSRBR looks like that without tons of post processing.

Ya RSRBR is the major add on pack that completely rehauls RBR. It looks better in game but you can still tell it's dated. The best part is the addition of tons of new cars imo.

I downloaded a enhanced night time mod and a high res starfield from skyrim nexus. I think their on the top 100.
