u asked everything from a-z, and u want to get only for 15 bucks, lol , good luck.. if u will find some kind 9 years old who can skin insane and this 15$ will be big money then ur lucky, but for most of here ~15-20~ years old guys wont waste like 40 hours on gear,helmet,boots,gloves.. everywhere costs normal mappings,spec mapping, skin .. jesus.. thats good when u dont know a shit about skinning
