Wierd Display....Please help

Im getting a strange checkerboard on the track when Im riding, it just started and I have no clue what it is or how to rid myself of this issue. Anyone know what it is?

do you mean where your timings and position and lap are listend , pit board?
if so thats meant to be there

or


if theres checker flag colours all round your screen then i think you left game unpaused at the start and went and did something else like internet,
just press Esc to pause and Esc to unpause

That happened with my old computer. (Shitty graphics card).

It happened when I alt-tabbed out, and when I got back in it did that. Just press tab till you get to the editor menu, then smooth it on 0, then press tab again.
