i thought it would be common etiquette when 1 minute into the 3 minute warmup people leave for 30 seconds to turn down settings and instantly come back you restart the race then 10 of them leave.

Dont quite understand what you're trying to get at. The 3 minute warmup actually was a 4-5 minute warmup. I had to kick you because you weren't loading at all.
