Front brake is too weak

Front brake is too weak

Is it just me or is the front brake too weak? If I hit the front brake 100% I should go flying over the bars if it's not on antilock. Right now the front end doesn't even slide.

it seems impossible to ride if the front brake throws you over the bars?
