After you hit the finish and go down the start straight and make a left if you are hit or go off the right side of that little triple you are stuck and cannot get out

yea, ive been stuck there as well. not much they can do about it though.

Nothing can really be done about it, there's been a few times on these tracks where you can get stuck. just don't jump too far to the right, and if you do get hit and stuck then at least you get to enjoy the nice view of the race
