That looks cool.
Looks like the silencer is a little small though. Even two stroke silencers are at least 2 1/2 inches tall.

Re: Post your Photoshop work
If kawi still made the kx125, and it got the new frame/bodywork, I'd have been in the kawi dealer picking one up. The silencer isn't a stock type, it's a pro-circuit r-304 (shorty).

I want it.

http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q203 ... leftna.jpg a friend of mine had one of these but pimped out more everyone who walked past it at the track took half an hour to gawp
but apparently they aren't very well thought out and a lot of the homebuilt hybrids are much better quality.
Anyway off topic sorry

Re: Post your Photoshop work
damn hard to imagine they would be poor quality for the prices they are asking.

Re: Post your Photoshop work
Its not that they are low quality, its just if you ride a used one the motor beats the bike up. If you buy a new on (a CR500AF) then you will think you are riding a nasa product. i have rode a new one, and it felt like you were going warp speed as soon as you crack the gas. I have rode a hybrid that was put together by an individual, it was ok, but felt sloppy and i could not predict what it was going to do, sometimes it would stick, sometimes it would wash out. If you can jump on a new one go ahead, you will throughly enjoy it.cpt_Slow wrote:http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q203 ... leftna.jpg a friend of mine had one of these but pimped out more everyone who walked past it at the track took half an hour to gawp

Re: Post your Photoshop work
I don't really mean build quality as in "it will fall apart" but small details that haven't been thought through such as the silencer is mounted in such a way that it becomes difficult to remove the sub-frame. With a little modification it can be done so that the whole unit comes off in the way it was designed in the original bike (the CRF or CR that donated the frame)
It is as if they have simply forced the engine into the frame, rather than creating a nice bike (not saying it isn't a nice bike i would love to own one just not as good as it could be)
