So here's a new question: How hard would it be to incorporate rider animations (i.e. falling off and rag dolling, pulling back, leaning) with actual physics. I know there is currently the dab, but what else is possible?

Anything is possible, but it has to be programmed in. Currently the rider is connected to the bike with a slider joint. I'm planning on ditching the slider and using a system of damped springs to control the rider motion. That should allow for more flexible rider motion.

It's hard to describe exactly. So far I've modified the terrain tesselator to force the tesselation levels to at least the level to match the terrain texture size for the correct level of detail.

Nice! That was a needed update even though the game is based off of gameplay not graphics! I'm likin' it.
