Whats photoshopped about it? The entire thing, or is it edited?

I mainly use it for designing bike graphics and photo touch up. All my bike graphic designing is soing skins nowadays. Heres some of my work-

-Select around the part you want coloured.
-Desaturate the part (Ctrl+Shift+U)
-Add new later
-With the same selection as the part you desaturated, fill with a colour of choice, and set on overlay.
