So then where do you suggest Extrememaniac messed up?

I haven't seen the wireframe so I can't tell you how he messed up I would just take a guess at the low poly being a mess, which would result in weird bakes and a bad unwrap. Like I said your low poly is the basis you work off of, if that is wrong everything will be.

You know, about this YZ dilemma, if you guys team up and work together, one guy does model, one textures and someone does bakes, you guys can have a decent looking bike in no time. Why is everyone working against each other? Also, if you guys just put some nice bakes on any one of those yzs they will look 100x better already.
Goodluck guys.

Yeah but you know me, I'm a lazy fuck. The models not half bad the unwrapping is decent. The bakes are not to great because my high poly wasn't really packed with detail, not really sure where detail was supposed to go tbh.

Do you have a screenshot of your bike? or is it the one above? To me that doesn't look like it has any normal maps applied, or if it does it looks like they were baked with the shading groups messed up on the low poly.

The front fender looks decent but the shrouds look a bit messy?

Do not look at how the wheels are connected to the swingarm and frontend. That will be changed.
Worked some more on my bike. Unwraps are almost done so I can start baking soon. Criticism is welcome.
