If you buy a model, you should be able to release it. you sell it , he owns it. he does what he wants

I agree with you to a certain degree. For example with the 6D I paid Barrett to make it for me, and me only, he didn't model it then get contacted by me later on as atom did. If atom contacted me and asked him to model the boots for him and only him, then I would agree after he buys the model it is his. This isn't the case though.

But no. if i make an invention, something from scratch my work, and i sell it to someone for millions of dollars, i cant go around and be like fuckit. everyone have it for free.

Honestly if you threw out the money to have them and he wasn't advertising them for sale it's your own fault. At that point in time he didn't want anyone having them but he would be stupid to not take your money if it was offered. Now it's definitely not right for them to be sold without everyone involved knowing or getting a cut.

He actually was advertising them. I saw somebody say they wanted them and Andrew commented and said he's selling them for $50 that's how I found out that he was selling them.

Awood it was made clear when they contacted me that they were not going to be the only one buying the boots, it was made clear to them that they were buying a copy of my (and tyler's work) and that it would still be my property. I told quite a few people(either that were just inquiring, or were buying them) that i was planning on releasing them after outdoors. I wasn't going to, i never planned on releasing them, however yesterday i find out that craig richards, who i had never sent the boots to, had been selling them and sending them around behind my back. I didn't know how many people had them because of craig, so i just released them. I'm sorry but i can honestly tell you that i had no plans on releasing the boots until after outdoors, that's the truth.

Also August I told Tyler as soon as someone contacted me to buy them, and I asked him how much he wanted for his work on them. As for telling coco and that it was his project and whatever, he contacted me after making very minor adjustments to the stock boot and asked me to finish, thus handing the project over to me and making it mine, so you're wrong, it is my project now.
