It'll probablt be 1.10. New stock models is the only thing I know, or at least am pretty sure of.

Higher resolution for ground textures. New engine sounds. I'm currently working on tear offs and there will also be an option for squeaky brakes if people like to feel like they're riding a crap bike. You guys have to wait and see what the main gift in this update though. (It's not new stock tracks)

Cool, sounds like a lot more than I was expecting. Curious as to what the new bike sounds sound like.

Don't want to make a new thread as I'm sure it's been covered a million times but would adding some sort of resistance to trackside banners ever be something that's implemented into the game? Or is that just up to the track makers? I, personally, think it'd be nice if the constant trackside banners slowed you down if you ran through them. Just like the Orange fences in the game that are found in random places on the stock tracks. Would that use up too much memory or something?

Also, I'm sure this has been covered a million times as well, but some environment sounds would be cool. Like if you slam into the ground you hear a thud or whatever. I'm sure that'd be a bit more difficult than just throwing a gopro into the dirt a few dozen times to get sound clips, though.

Enough bickering, thanks for all the hard work and dedication!

For the track side banners that are around the entire track and flow well like on the proper race tracks, the GP and AMA replicas etc. I don't think they can have collision files because it's done in Photoshop or something, i dunno, something like that.

As for the environment sounds, I too think this would be cool. Like bird sounds on tracks such as Julian Lieber or wind sounds on some off the overcast tracks. Be even cooler of we could have rain sound effects.

Download some old tracks, they'll have trackside banners with collision. Death valley for example. When you import so called statues, they'll have a .jm file (for shape) and a .png file for the texture. If you want collision, you'll need to add a .shp file which contains the collision info. No idea how to make .shp files though.

Go ride some of the first track comp tracks they have collisions and tell me what you say then.

I wanted to do it on muddy creek last year but SMR made me relise how doing that would make a fair few people lag and the others loose there mind from rage when they hit them. I personally would rather see the stakes next year with collisions haha, I got some gnarly collisions for stakes at the moment that if you touch you die.

I'll have to check the earlier tracks out and see for myself I guess, haha. I mean, I'm sure it would be annoying because you're so used to being able to magically drive through a banner now but with everything else in this game trying to be realistic, why is this major thing (I feel, anyway) lumped over? How often do people fly off the track that this would actually bother them? I don't think you should lose your mind at the game because you flew off the track and you're slowed down for driving through a banner in a simulator game. You messed up drastically, you should get slowed down a little. I'm not saying make them impenetrable but I feel like this is a major thing that is just skipped over to make the game unnecessarily easier.

I don't get why stakes would make you crash, you can hit them in real life and they just bend over and pop back up. If you hit a banner (that's beyond the stakes and hay bails) you will more than likely crash. I think people that aren't as good might like it as well because if you fly off of a corner, they would help you stay near where you flew off, rather than tumbling halfway across the map. I dunno, I'll download one of those tracks that does have it and test it out. And just so we're clear, I'm talking about the banners that are clearly way off the track. Like so:
