A PSD is a file type that opens with photoshop or possibly other photo editors such as gimp. Its not something you can just put in your personal folder and it work in game.Typically they are used so you can change the colors of the gear or add your name and number to it. Then you rename it save as png and that would be the file you put in your personal folder.
