Update:
Got it to work. Thanks for all the help/suggestions. I just had to add a name to the end of the skin name. 2015 Nationwide Yamaha-test.png and it worked.

I made a bike, and the model looks sick, but my bike (including the seat) looks really shiny and ugly...

You need a normal and specular map. Normal maps show where the bumps are and a specular map tells the game how shiny each piece is. It should be in the PSD, or there should be separate PSDs with the download.
