So I've gotten the face count down to almost 5,000. Still need to do some tweaking on it but I imported it into the game just to check it out and some of the faces are invisible. I notice on the model in Blender that all the faces are two sided. Does that increase the number of tris/faces? Is there a quick and easy way to make them all one sided and face outwards?

Are they actually double sided?? Or do they just appear that way. There's a tick box under either display or shading that disables double sided faces and shows what it would look like in game.

They just appear that way. When I tick and unstick the double sided box under object properties, it doesn't change the appearance at all..

Nah wrong box champ. When you're in the 3d view for your object there should be a plus on the right that opens a menu. If you go down the menu you'll find a group called display and shading.

That's exactly what it looks like in game! Sorry if I'm bugging any of you guys, but what's the next step to fix that?

Do you see the tick box culling back faces. Rick that on yours too. Next step, go into edit mode find the faces and flip them. I think the shortcut menu is "w", not sure though. You can always go into the mesh menu them go to faces and click flip faces and it should fix your issue. Should.

Not a bad idea dude. I never thought of that. If Mona was a nice guy I could hook everyone up with half a template / half of something else.
