There's some weird reflections going on with the sideplates.
Wheelspin is hard to do when the wheel is not very straight on to the camera. Select each wheel individually and radial blur them, you can get fancy by changing the perspective of the wheels first to look more straight on with the camera, blur them, then change the perspective back.

Alright thanks for the tip. I know about the reflection. I think it has to do with the models jm files because I don't have my number on in game and those just stick out for some reason.

It's because you set your KTM model as the default and the game's still loading the stock number plate jms. You can fix the issue if you just rename your model to something other than stock.
