Coyote Bluff
Why not release another track for the third week in a row! I'm really pleased with the way this one turned out. It is a bit different feel from tortilla flats. Some spots are balls out fast, and others require patience and timing. It may take a few laps to figure out. It's pretty much a standard supercross track that has been sculpted into parts of the surrounding landscape. I'm super pumped with the skybox. It may be a tad blurry, but the overall effect is exactly what I was going for.
As usual, download and have fun. I hope you all have half as much fun riding the tracks as I do making them! Please leave a comment and let me know what you think.
If anyone has suggestions for an environment to do next, I would love to hear your ideas. I don't mean a downtown, factory, or anything super specific that requires a lot of models. Just like an area of the world that would look cool. I'm down for whatever!

I'm in love. Your tracks are getting better and better. I love the idea for this track. It flows really well and it's different which makes it fun. Now when will Chris's "Coyote Bluff Remix" come out?

Sun Burn
Re: Coyote Bluff
Another excellent track 9,5/10! The only thing that caught my eye is that your sun position is off and maybe you could match your lighting file with that golden hour sunset on that skybox. The color values are rgb divided by 255. So something between 0 and 1. Keep the tracks coming!

Re: Coyote Bluff
Thanks man! I was curious how sun color was determined. I've never made my own sky so I wasn't sure. I will definitely do that next time.
Re: Coyote Bluff
great track man, i did a little work on the lighting if anybody's interested, its better for screens/videos imo, not so much for riding, haha
what changed: sun position, lens flare, color correction

unpack into your personal folder (not the track folder, its in the track folder already, so its gonna be placed where it should be) (overwrite the existing file)
unedited picture to see how it changed

Re: Coyote Bluff
And that's why you're the man! That looks so much better. I just started messing with this before I saw your post. I honestly can't believe I haven't ever considered changing the lighting color. I feel like such a n00b! (Do people still say n00b?) lol
