Thought it would be a good idea if, if you already restarted then when you try to restart again it says something in the chat like "(Your name) is reminding everyone to restart" instead of everyone saying rr, rs, or restart in the chat.

to be honest I think someone putting

Would be more effective than "Joey Danger is reminding you to restart"
