Missing personal folder

Need some help here, i reinstalled my game a while ago because my hard drive broke and now the personal folder is missing. cant find anything that works on the forum for this... thanks

Look at:
C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Mx Simulator
or press "Win key + R" and enter:
%AppData%
in the box that comes up, then browse to Local\Mx Simulator

Checked both of these still not there...
