Why are the decals and stadiums from all the other rounds included in this? Was wondering why the high version is 738MB.

Because I was told to just keep adding to the same sx2017 folder. Thought it was silly too.
Here is a download that will allow you to delete all your previous saf's and have just one that is much less space. I haven't had time to do any more than this version though.
