Bike Skins Not Showing Up

Every time I go on a server, everyone's running the default bike skin. How can I see others graphics and gear?

You'd need to download the gear/bikes that every person is using, it's not practical to do so, unless you are streaming races like SYS does. There are some Factory Replacement Packs, that replace all the bikes(and I think some for the gear), which make the game more visually pleasing during multiplayer without having everyone's custom gear.
