I've heard conversation coming out of animal pens that is more intelligent than what is going on in here.

Not bad, not a fan of the color grading and you need to clean your lens. Good job man.

So I’m looking to get into photography, I know the basic rules of composition and I know how to work manual camera settings, so I’m looking to purchase a $500 DSLR just to get started. Any suggestions? I would also like a camera that can shoot 1080p 60fps video for whenever I want to make videos as well.

$500 for body and lens, or just body?

I haven't tried shooting video yet but my setup gets the job done

$160
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Canon-EF-S-55- ... SwBt5ZI3tR

$300
https://www.ebay.com/i/263082905465?chn=ps&dispctrl=1

I use a t3i (still need to upgrade) and my photos have been published on RacerX and many times on MotoXAddicts. You don't need a $3,000 camera to get the job done (it helps though)
