How to get from Blender to PSD?

So I'm new to modeling, just added a few things to a model, and ive got everything ready to be put into photoshop, but I don't know how to save everything out. I looked up a few videos but they weren't very detailed, ive gotten as far as where I can put the uv in a file, but I cannot figure out how to re size everything so that it all fits on one psd. thanks.

You have to export your UV. Then open you UV in PS and start making your psd.

that. when I do it, one of the uv's takes up the entire sheet and I cant figure out how to rescale it. also, how do I put the uv on a document? basically what I'm doing is making small changes to nates Yamaha model, so I cant figure out how to make it fit on the old uv.
