[RELEASE] 2017 Acadia Raceway

Post by AtlasZoor »

Good lord has it been a long time... First off I would like to say THANK YOU for the the support on my last track it was crazy! It really means alot when people comment even if its a simple "good track!". Also, I would like to apologize for how long this track has taken. I was super busy and didn't really even want to finish it. But im glad I did. I wanted to go for more of a local style track mixed in with a fun vibe. I think it works pretty well!

Tell me what you think also! I love taking criticism even if its the insane nit picky stuff.

Thanks so much too...

Niklas object pack more some objects.
Colten D for the skybox and the amazing rut decals.
2012 Millville for the overhead banners.
Vurb classic Oatfeild for the big ass building.
Sorry if I missed anyone!

Track is definitely one of the absolutely best looking ones in the game, top notch! Great colors, nice variations between decals, good variation and pick with statues. Fits the track like a charm.

Terrain
You clearly have a great sense of what works on a track. It's a bit smaller scaled which I hugely welcome. Bumps are present, nice, small and flowy as well, can't complain here. Ruts are flowing really really nice, but they are a bit "too raily" for me. Especially when you combine that with the traction that is on this track. I feel like I'm riding on asphalt as I didn't slide out even once. This traction makes it so my perception is completely different. As of now, it feels like it's made for fast hotlaps where you can just lay the bike over from one turn to another.

This track looks and rides amazing. I would wish for significantly less traction and a bit less rail'able ruts for future tracks. Hope to see more releases from you soon! :)

Thanks! I totally agree with how railable everything. For my future tracks I think Im going to make a more rough national style track. So I will definitely take your thoughts into consideration!
