I win on 16-12 Mirage earlier, other team ranks: B+, B, B-, B-, and C+

The next game I win 16-12 on Cache, other team ranks: C+, C+, C+, C, C

and right now I left a pug and the other team ranks are: B-, C, C, C, unranked

Why is it like -> Win, get lower ranks, win again, get even lower ranks, what next? Win and derank?
