Advanced Stability/Suspension Questions

Has anyone ever made a post where each of the advanced stability and suspension elements are explained? I've used others setups in the past but I want to tweak them to fix things that I don't like about each of those setups. Things like my rear wheel swapping out easily or sliding out too quick in turns/ off jump faces. Or feeling like I can't lean down into ruts/berms fast enough. If there isn't a guide like that how would I fix the problems that I am having? Any tips are appreciated!
