Server Dropping

I have a problem with the outdoor public server, Elsinore.mxsimulator.com:19801
last year I downloaded the outdoor tracks as the season progressed, I assume they are the correct tracks for the public server. When I join the server I get disconnected for having the wrong track. I have deleted the track several times and upload the 2018 washougal track, same result. What am I doing wrong?

There was at least one track that had an update posted in the nationals topic. Not sure if it was Washougal.
