While I 1000000000% agree, IMO Arlington is reasonably okay. Minneapolis and the next two rounds (Detroit and Atlanta) are horrid.

Last year's double dragonback fad has been replaced with shit rollers into rhythms for 2019 which is the absolute worst case scenario for MXS.... that combined with 4 mile runs into rhythms being the norm.

I think Arlington turned out okay and I'll do my best with whatever they give us as does Stephen or Kyle or whoever is building stuff.

I'll be the first to say this is a huge improvement from last week, probably the funnest track so far imo and i've only done 1 8 lap session. The only problem I have is that I feel like the rhythm sections and the whoops are too easy, like going 2-4-3 in the section before the whoops is too easy
