Private Server

I am kind of new to server stuff. When I try to create a server with hamachi it works for like a minute and then says "Key server not responding - goodbye" and I don't have any idea why its doing this. Any help would be sick

Can't connect to JLV's key server. Not sure if that's on Hamatchi or JLV's side.

I don't know anything about Hamatchi but the server communicates with the key server on UDP port 19799 if that's of any help to you.
