jason was banned from RF long before the first *ban wave* because i logged into the RF server with his reg key after they black flagged me from the race and advertised my discord

What dictates a proper ban in your opinion? Maybe you haven't read the first post..

The ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CHEATING POLICY reads:

"Any rF Gaming members found to be using, developing, attempting to gain access to, or aiding the development of cheating mods or mods that could be used for cheating in any way..."

I feel like that is pretty clear on what constitutes a ban.

Out of the 13 players who have been banned for violating our policy, these are the people who were caught using the cheats.

AFTER you made that post - anyone involved with the discord WOULD HAVE been understandable. Ive mentioned before I understand the bans and they make complete sense FOR SOME OF THE PEOPLE. But there are people on that list that joined a random discord they were invited to and were banned the next day. And all you had was some pictures of names. USING the hacks until that point would qualify for a ban, but to ban a good handful of people for being in a discord is bogus. Im in like 30 discords, dont even know what half of them are. Theres atleast 6 people that had no idea what was going on in that discord that are banned from your races now. Im aware it doesnt matter to you, but the fact remains you guys jumped the gun. Hell, even your snitch was trying to get the hacks. When he was denied multiple times, THEN he ran to you. I did read your initial post, you made it the same time you banned me. I am an exception to the defense as ive mentioned ive toyd with the code for a while now before any if this new stufd was even mentioned. But people like Jett, blaine and a few others jus dont seem fair and they come to yall on discord like you ask them to do then want them to email for an admin jus seems like a crock of dodo. You have 0 evidence for majority of the players you banned aside from them being in a discord. And you guys wrote your NEW rule to fit for that to work in your favor as a line they crossed (without even knowing what line they were crossing)

Side note; i do agree this will take a toll on the legitimacy of your races and i understand you guys are doing your best to counter that. But being IN the situation, and knowing all of the people- what yall did to deal with the issue is best to cover your series, but not fair to the randoms who were invited to the discord.
