Out of virtual memory problem!

For some time now I continue to have the problem "out of virtual memory" when I enter the Elsinore 19801 server.
but this problem is given to me by many other servers and also in single player with low graphics.
I don't think it's a computer problem because any high-graphics game holds.
I hope someone can help me solve this problem
Pc specs:
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 TI 4gb
Cpu: AMD Ryzen 3 1200
Ram: 16Gb (8x2) 2400 Mhz
