This week was a rude awakening for most riders in both classes, comments like "erode sucks" and "this track blows" were a common thought among many racers. Some people even went so far as to put erode to a vote, and while the vote was just about 50/50(70/68 at the time of this intro being written) which goes to show that this was an amount of erode we had not seen before. While most will hate I for one think it is a neccesary step towards bringing nationals back to its rougher roots. While the ruts themselves may not be perfect, having a rougher track outdoors is something that is neccesary, its what makes the outdoors what it is. Saying you want to take away erode is like saying that you like everything about IHOP except for the all-day breakfast menu. Jus sayin.
