No spam limit for admins in servers

Something small but it would be nice to not have a limit on how fast you can send messages in a server as an admin. Or possibly remove the spam limit when calling server commands?

That's actually in the client. How many messages/commands do you need to send quickly?

Typically it's when I need to do a couple of server broadcasts, or when I'm setting up all the servers with a new track. Setting up a new track is 4 different lines, so if the limit could be upped to that, that would be nice.
